About the project

Unterfeld Süd is one of the last large development sites between Zug and Baar — a new transit-oriented quarter at the Lindenpark rail station with around 400 homes and workspace for over a thousand people, approved by three-quarters of voters.

Building plot 3 will carry an eight-storey commercial building conceived as a timber workplace of the future, with almost 3,000 cubic metres of wood in its structure — among the portfolio's largest timber volumes.

Targeting SNBS and Minergie certification, construction starts with the first stage from 2026. The project extends timber construction to full urban scale: an entire quarter designed to work, live and store carbon long-term, certified under the Rainbow Standard.
