About the project
Block C is part of Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf in Lower Austria — with 168 condominiums across four staggered buildings, marketed as Austria's largest timber residential project.
Built by ELK, the country's biggest prefabricated-house manufacturer, the four-storey block uses industrially prefabricated timber-element construction with PEFC-certified wood; around 85 percent of the construction volume stays with ELK and regional companies. Larch lamella balconies, green outdoor spaces and e-carsharing round out the concept, twelve minutes from the S-Bahn.
The estate carries the klimaaktiv GOLD label and an Energy Globe Award. Completed in spring 2026, Block C brings serial timber construction to affordable home ownership.
